FAQ

 

Q. Who Should Register?

A.  Graduates from WHS Class of 1970, who are going to the reunion, will need to register. Registering will give the Reunion Committee an idea of the number of people who will be attending dinner.  You will be placed on a mailing list to receive updated Reunion information.  You can register on the website by clicking on the I Am Coming button or the tab on the menu bar

 

Q. If I was registered for the 45th do I have to register again?

A. Yes, you have to register again. The whs50reunion.com website is a new domain and no information has been carried over from the website used for the 45th reunion.

 

Q. Do I have to register in order to make a donation?

A. Yes, if you want to make a donation you have to register first by clicking the “I Am Coming ” button. If you are not planning on coming to the reunion but want to make a donation just let the Committee know that (Contact Us) and you will not show up on the “Who is Coming” query.

 

Q. I am bringing a guest, does my guest have to register also?

A.  No, your guest will be made a part of your registration. Your guest does not have to register too, unless your guest is also a WHS 1970 graduate, then both of you should register.

 

Q. I don’t know yet if I want to bring a guest. Can I register without a guest and then add a guest later?

A.  Yes, you will be able to add a guest, or delete a guest after registering until TBD. Whenever you log in, on the first screen you will see your Profile screen, or while you are logged in click on “My Profile“. From here you can change any of the information you entered during registration.

 

Q. How can I pay for the reunion?

A. Payments will be made securely through this website, by clicking on “Make Payment” on the Menu Bar or by clicking the “I Want to Pay Online” button. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card.  Making payments online will ensure your balance is updated immediately.

 

Q. Do I have to pay all at once or can I make partial payments?

A. You can pay your total balance at any time or you can make partial payments. Any more than 3 partial payments made online will result in a fee of $10 added to your balance. There will not be a charge if you make three or less payments, or if you make multiple payments by check.  The website will keep track of your balance, whether it is made online or by check.

 

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. You will be able to cancel with a refund up to August 31, 2021. After that there will be no more refunds given out due to the fact that we would have given Pines Manor our final head count. 

 

Q. How can I contact the reunion committee?

A. You can contact the reunion committee by clicking on “Contact Us” on the Menu Bar. These emails will be sent to the Committee members. If you want to request a refund this is how you would do that.

 

Q. How will I know how much I have paid?

A. You will receive a Payment Confirmation in your email whenever you make a payment. Plus, whenever you login, or click on “My Profile“, you will see your reunion balance along with your profile information as you entered it.

 

Q. Will we get a break on a Hotel Room Rate anywhere?

A. A special price has been negotiated with the Crowne Plaza. This information is posted under the Hotel Info tab and button.
